Abuse of Self-Serve Recycling Bins

Eel River Disposal and the City of Rio Dell provide a recycling container in back of City Hall free of charge for residents with recyclable materials. The recycling containers are picked up twice a week for your convenience. If the containers are full, simply come back another time. Do not dump your recyclables on the ground. Continued regular abuse of this free service will likely result in its discontinuation.
